Hello,
This has happened 2 times to me.

A player scores (let's suppose his name is Ben) , and the defender fouls him.
Before throwing the additional free throw, the player Ben goes in the bench and Jack comes on the field, but then , the game still says "Ben misses the free throw".

Someone else has experienced this issue?
