This is the most stressful part of the game. The one that totally needs a change.
Add that to the bidding and it doesn't make any sense. It's a game and I can't find how anybody is supposed to enjoy this part of it.

Players improve over time. why not staff? Nobody gets to constantly keep a job but get more pay without becoming more proficient. Always has been one of the flaws in this game.

I've seen you trying a to make a lot of changes over the forums. Just to inform you, this game has been around for a decade now and it's been basically the same since like season 10. They don't really change anything. Not saying that one of your suggestions might not be changed because they are trying to make changes, but the point of the game is that everyone has to deal with these issues. A lot of things in BB aren't perfect.

If you played earlier around S20, it was a lot more fun and competitive, the amount of money circulating BB was lower, forums were more heavily populated, the game was just more interesting.

2x NBBA Champion: S55, S56. 3x USA Cup Champion: S54, S55, S56. WR for longest home streak ever at 11 in Season 47.

Although constant raise of staff salary seems to be useless, it's needed as part of BB's economic system. Main goal of this mechanism is to force managers to change trainers - without it, some managers would be able to take all of the best staff members from the market. Other managers would be unable to get salary-efficient world-class trainers/doctors, or at least their price would become even more ridicoulous than now.

I would be very happy with any solution that removes this stressful bidding for a staff member. And having to bid for 3 of them is a nightmare.
I just can't cancel a meeting because I am bidding and the next trainer that I like becomes available in 20 hours, and I certainly can't say "oh honey, can you pick up the kids today? I'm bidding for a trainer and everybody seems to want him!"
I always end up with very expensive staff members because either time passed and they get a big salary, or I got someone that is crap and/or overpriced, therefore not wanted.
