To reward in a better way teams that put a lot of effort to train for U21 NT teams, and in general that push training as guidance for their team, it could be funny and useful to create the (U18, U19, U20,U21?) Rookie of the year for each series. Something like MVP but that gives also an amount of dollars (100k , 200k 300k ? SSomething in between?).

-This would also push new managers to keep up with the game without suffering the large gap between topnotch teams and new ones.
-THis wil probably see a return of 18yOld training in top series?

The only thing I'll mention is that nobody who is in a competitive top series would train an 18 year old for the chance at winning a prize valued at an amount that insignificant compared to the fluctuations in attendance that come when you lose an extra couple of games.

I support the inicial idea. However i would not set an economic reward for it. But it can be a nice new feature (more interesting than the Champion Belt, for sure)

I'm agree with you, however it willbe hard to measure... there a lot of aspects to evaluate... too much work for a very small change...

Maybe just some page like rookie report. (similar to NBA) Where you can see top rookie performers. Gives you some info, who trains prospects in league maybe too..Good idea, i like some stuff about rookies. There even can be rookies all star (or mixed with sophomores), makes things interesting ,too

Still, considering how cruel can be side effects of "the process" (like potential boycott) such reward could be a sweetener for someone, who's tanking more due to training than just grabbing easy money.

Just to add a bit of flavor to this idea: It would be nice to see a player's awards more visible like move the MVP/Rookie trophies from the main team page to the specific player's profile page as an added highlight to his career.

Maybe it should be opened up for a few rookies that would have a chance to play first team ball. Every now and then there is a Kobe Bryant coming from high school to NBA.

Totally agree. Like c'mon, this game is supposed to be a simulation of the real-life basketball leagues ee see now.

This game also lacks awards such as Mythical 5, First Defensive Team, etc.
