Q - It costs you $2m to hire one of your existing players as a trainer level 6 at $35k weekly salary. Does that salary stay fixed or increase weekly as per normal staff? Ta

Thanks, I was thinking there must have been some additional benefit since if you shopped you can get better value on the open market.

On a separate note, there is a level 6 trainer on there right now with a salary of only $4,138. Must be a bug. The bid is already at $4.3m

I think the only real benefit is you can get a reasonable salary without having to get into a bidding war - especially when you are looking at specialties.

I used one myself just to get a trainer (only a level 4 though) with Career Extension without having to watch the market constantly and outbid people who get a bit excited.
