Good morning Mr.

I'm having trouble selling the player I got via tutorial. I waited until the stipulated date, which was yesterday 04/04/2018 at 10:30 AM. But when I try to put the sale, this message appears to me: "An error occurred during the transfer!

I'd like to know why.
