I'm sorry i don't quite get the rules in our thread... how can i nominate my self into the NT coach election pool?

do I have to put a speech ahead? or do i nominate my self on the debate thread?

EDIT: I found it... never mind my question anymore...

I found the registration page on the National team page (Elections)
