Hi.
I came up with the idea of adding a new game feature.
Well, what do you think, if in the inter-season break, the manager could send a junior (for example, up to 21 years) to a basketball camp to an international basketball center, where he trains his skills for a few days.
Of course, we pay him food, travel and so on.
Do you like such a concept that could be further developed in any way you like?

Poll:  This od good idea?

Yes
No

in the past I suggested a week of choice with double training which would be something similar.

where he trains his skills for a few days

How do you see this? Do you mean that you can select some skills you want him to train? For instance, I've trained a C on his primary skills and during off-season I can sent him to camp and select 3 secundairies I want him to improve on?
And if so, how would that work? Let's say you pay 50K to send him to camp and for one skil you pay 20K for 2 skills 50K and so on? + can you choose the lvl of trainer? Maybe also related to a higher cost (the higher the coach the more you pay)

I think that would be a disadvantage for newer teams or teams with less money.

If it is just so you can send a youngster to camp, and he'll get the same effect as playing 48 minutes (without actually having to play a game), that would more acceptable for me. However if you manage your minutes well you do not really need such a camp
