i was just thinking if it's possible to have a Franchise Player impact , like , you drafted a great Rookie , 18 y/o or 19 . MVP-ATG potential , you train him a couple of seasons now he's qualified in U21
( we all know that when your player is playing on your national team there's a boost on your economy [Sales] ) .
What if after those years, he's qualified to be your franchise player , you will get the option to announce him as your "FRANCHISE PLAYER" or "STAR PLAYER", every season you keep him in your team you get a boost in your economy from fans excited to see thier favorite player, jersey sales , after he turns 22 ( IF player development is consistent) your boost increases more like 5-10% from a base of 10%(Franchise Player effect) .
Economic boost would depend on your wins and your league status . the Higher League you are the more increase you'll have
in that case your can cope up a little bit on Salary Increase . imagine keeping a 18yo to train him for U21 , and then you keep him for how many seasons of training until he's qualified for Seniors NT , all those economic boost since day one and a great contribution for your country not wasting a young talent .
and if you sell him , you'll get a penalty from disappointed fans for a couple of seasons maybe 2-3 seasons , the percentage would be double .
Also , It would be nice to see an NT Hall of Famer , like a list of player's who contributed alot for your Country .
I know it would be boring for you guys,Market and promotion is the best way to get money , and im quite sure everybody wont like this , not all managers train players for NT . but it would be Fun for trainers i guess who plans to keep them young boys till their last season . I love to see a Kobe Bryant on my team . lol .
P.S: If you like this post and you have your own suggestions or ideas i would love to hear it , i need opinions also on the percentage increase , Any Math Wizard and BB Expert who somehow agreed on my suggestion , add-up on the Percentage Increase part
