Trading has been brought up multiple times and will never be allowed in BB. To hard to manage and limit possible "probable" cheating. Here's my thought on the 0.1% percent chance for trading in BB. Trading in players for draft points.
Three options;
1. Instead of firing players. Players can be traded in for draft points based on salary. 5k salary = 1, 10k = 2, 20k = 3, 40k = 4, etc. To limit this from getting out of control their could be a limit of players that could be fired such 1 or 2 per season. So many players listed for 1k and never being sold on the transfer market. This would give teams another option and clean up the transfer market a little.
2. Give the option to post a player for transfer only in a league in exchange for draft points. Allows contenders to build up their roster sacrificing future valuable draft points and gives regulating teams a chance to find the best prospects in the draft.
