Hi there,

I don't like this system of minimum wages/salary cap. For example: In first league, it is 494k per week.

But here is the funny deal. Let's just say, we all have the minimum of 494k. Some of us pay 150k for the staff and draft, while others pay 50k.

I think it would be much better if there would be a minimum wage for all together (salaryes, staff, draft, young staff) - for example, let's say 550k in league 1. Because now as we speak, my salary per week is 400k, and the staff + draft is 140k, but due to salary minimum I make "only" 100k per week. And then, you have some people who have salaryes 550k per week and 50k staff + draft and they make 130k, that's 30k more than I do with 400k salaryes. I don't like this.

It is just a proposition. I don't like the current system.

just kidding

of course i would love more money. Yes, this changes make BB more compelling. But I would like to make a minimum salary cap for alltogether, staff, wages, draft, etc.. not just wages. It's just my opinion.

Why should the rules be changed to support someone stupidly overpaying for staff and scouting? All that does is punish teams that invest in keeping their costs down.

In the end, he is just asking not to raise the minimum, but just let the manager decide if he wants to fill it spending on the Staff or players.

Opening the salary floor to staff and scouting actually defeats the goal it is intended to set. Young/rebuilding teams around the cap would be rewarded to become less competitive to make room for the extra allowance, especially if they have rediculous staff salaries.

WOuld benefit a lot for people who wants to invest in level 6 o 7 trainers and train for example, opening new paths of playing this game

I train and have a level 6 trainer. I also currently spend 30k a week on staff and 10k a week on scouting. I benefit from my investment without a rule change.
