Here I was hoping that this season would be a bit easier and then I see you and WA IS A DUMP in the same conference. Should be an interesting season. I still have roster choices to make, was trying to be more salary efficient this season but let's see how that goes haha

I'm actually in the market for another local player pref HoF so I can train some div 1 players. I've trained a few u21 players for diff countries. The Lithuanian boy wasn't my handy work, I saved him from a manager that couldn't manage his gameshape. Plan is to sell off one of my guards and create some cap flexibility for another trainee and a new trainer.

What's your opinion on what salary someone should replace an exceptional trainer? I may just pick up a superior or something. Sinking 2 mil + on a low salary exceptional hurts a bit.

I wish i had space for my draftee in my trainees... i finally draft a decent HOFer and i cant fit him!
Not sure about trainers. Ive been paying for the more expensive ones. Mine is about to click over 100k a week so he is on his way home this week. But im not settling for a superior one if i can help it.

Staff management tool on buzzer-manager.com is good for helping answer that question.

For what it's worth, I usually don't go past $70k salary on mine.

Looking at my finances, I'm wondering what the hell I'm doing.

Just realised none of my players even finished top 4 in any of the all star voting. 11-1 going into the all star break but I guess the fans don't like our style of ball!
