After yesterdays cup game, the enthusiasm of my team climbed to 14.

Three hours after the game, it dropped to 12.

Today, it dropped to 11.

Double enthusiasm drop within 24 hours?

What is wrong here?

The enthusiasm updates are scheduled to run every 24 hours but sometimes, due to delays with all updates, this can be bunched up a little bit.

So the enthusiasm update did run in the night instead of morning on Thursday? There was not a double enthusiasm update on Thursday?

Some of the updates have been delayed, and if I understand your question correctly, yes, one or both updates were run a lot later than expected. They did run eventually though.

Ok, thank you Marin, I understand. It was just a bit weird to see the enthusiasm rise to 14 right after the cup game was calculated and see the enthusiasm drop some hours later on the same day to 12.

If that was the case, doesn't that mean the game was run before the enthusiasm update for that day? If so, shouldn't that something that should be flagged so it doesn't happen in an important game?

Games have priority over all other updates, that means the update can happen after it. Sadly, there is no indication when this will happen.
