So i am still training 2-3 guards and probably still 2 seasons away from capping...but i want to bid on a Nice MVP 19yr old that needs to be trained in guard skills now in order for him to transition to Inside training in a couple of seasons after my 3 trainees are near maxed as guards and point guard. Do i just not worry about training anyone else until my main 3 trainees are done (next season or within 2 seasons)??? Or can i incorporate him into 1 position training while one of my high defensive current guards alternate with the New trainee?? What do other managers do when they want to add a high young potential trainee that will disrupt the 1 position flow for OD and PA???
