Hi all. Is the game tutorial, the one when you complete you won three star players, available to Utopian teams? If so, can someone send me the link or point me the right direction, as I can't find it here. Thanks!

Ok, I found on Game Manual:

New Manager Checklist and Bonus
Utopia teams are considered already experienced and do not receive the new manager bonus, nor do they participate in the new-manager checklist.
