Do the trainers have (invisible) Sub-Levels lilke in Hattrick?

For Example two Trainers are listed as Level 7, altough one of them is 7.3 and the other is 7.8.

i dont quite agree.. because a 7 will eventually drop to 6. meaning it must have a hidden value

No, it does not.

You can disagree until the cows come home, but it's a fact that there are no sublevels.

No, it does not.

You can disagree until the cows come home, but it's a fact that there are no sublevels.

These facts could and probably also should be in the rules. It's not the most important thing for the newbies at least so there could be some "expanded" rules where this kind of facts would be imo.

I have a level 7 coach. I can also hire a new level 7 coach, but the new one is about $4.000 cheaper each week then the one I have...

Big different if they are as good as the other.

They have the same effectiveness.

so how you explain that i have a player with level 1 (atrocious) at the free throw ,
and he never doesn't made a ft ..?

this is the player (2838538)


and i saw some players also with 1 level and they are have something like 5% - 10% from the FT ...?
that's not a hidden grade ..?
