Good training is to train just his 3 main skills and be zero at his secondary skills? Hmm
I don't think so, but yea, its possible to get those salaries if you train them just IS ID RB.

Anyway, training guard skills for 7"4' player is a real screw. Besides those 3 mentioned ones there is also SB and JS that should be considered for training with his height IMO. Not every player has to reach 150 TSP, and no matter how multiskilled he is, the primaries matter the most. Hope this guy has good initial skills, so he'll be more effective for our both NTs.
