Youth trainer adds percentage to the main training, how much we don't know for sure. It depends on the level of YT, but I guess it's not much more than maybe 10-15%. That means your player will get 3-5 skill-ups more from the effect of the Youth Trainer in those first two years.
I could be wrong with the percentages though, so if anyone has more precise data, feel free to correct me.
