Would like to know how 'offensive flow' (as seen on the boxscores) is calculated?

Obviously it's a combination of passing and handling, but to give a more detailed answer I'm going to refer to Coach Parrot's coefficients.

The PG's passing is the biggest factor, with his handling, along with the SG and SF's passing, being other major contributors. Also, the handling stat on all non-PG positions has some impact, but passing at the PF and C position is largely ignored.

I find that this doesn't give non-PG's enough credit in the team ratings, as in the actual game engine, handling the ball seems to be more of a team effort, with all five players generating assists and trying to avoid turnovers.

Thanks, OTT. I couldn't remember where that info was.
