I build [TV&Radio Station] Level from 0 to 1, and [Merchandise Store] Level from 0 to 1.

build 0 to 1 need $500,000, so this need $ 1,000,000.

but cost $ 1,250,000.


I think this maybe because system save me other operate.

like [Health&Recovery Center] is level 1, if to 0 then to 1, so will recover $250,000 and cost 500,000.
