Finally a thread. Going to start this in an abstarct way - what is considered a great youngster? How many and what skills for what positions? What an average U21 player looks like?

I prefer to have each specific question in its own specific thread. There I said it.

I don't think you need to make yourself an authority on how others should behave here. If the GMs determine this is the way it should be, all well and good. Otherwise, feel free to keep doing what you were doing, BB World.
