Hi, so I just hired my first staff - level 4 doctor, trainer, youth trainer and level 3 PR manager -, but now I wonder, when is the best time to change the staff, given their constantly growing salaries. I saw somebody mentioning that they don't let their staff (level 4) salary go over 20k. But I think 20k limit is too high, as if your staff goes from 12k to 20k in salaries (30 weeks), you accumulate over 100k only in the increment of his wage!
So I tried to figure out what is the golden middle, but I can't seem to crack it. One of my theories is that you should change your staff when his accumulated wage increment reaches initial salary + the signing bonus.
What are you strategies regarding changing staff?
