Which is the most effective seats to build in lower divisions? I've noticed that teams in my division sell out ~10k bleachers @ 10$, while other seats do not sell out so well even at lower prices. So is focusing on bleachers is the best way?
Also, buzzer manager offers some advice on the expansion/pricing, how good is that tool? Is it worth following its advice?

Buzzermanager show somewhat, but not entirely the case.

Best arena is probably 11k 10k 500 50; but in div 4 you can sell only ~3k lower tier; in div 3 ~5,5k div 2 ~8,5 k and 10k div 1. Built up bleatchers first, it is main money from every division, and keep lower tier around the level you expect to compete in near future. But this arena is best for long term. For shorter term payout it is best to have massive bleatchers, you can sell like 18k in div 4 5$. But in higher leagues you would need better arena in lower tier. Because the attendance is capped around 20-21k fans no matter how low the prices are, so 10k lower tier at 18$ is way better than same ones at bleatchers for 8$ or something.

Because lower tier is 70$ per seat; and bleatcher 20$ usually it is not worth to have more than 11-12k bleatchers in any league if you can have high lower tier. Thats why you should go for as high as possible. I used to have 11k bleatchers 8k lower tier many seasons when was playing with other team, always had highest revenue from ticket sales in the leagues.

But why build 18k @5$, when you can have 9k@10$ + build more lower tier? I mean I get that the ultimate goal is to expand arena as much as you can, and I don't know all secrets of this game as I am new, but it doesn't seem reasonable to expand fully and then sell at the lowest price possible.
That is why I am asking, I feel that there is an optimum price/seats point at which you earn the most per seat.
EDIT: Okay, I get it now.

But is it really better if you don't plan to be completely a losing team or selling/firing all your original players (star players) and buying foreigners?
In my case, I plan to be an average team in my division (8/16 are BOTs) for the next two seasons, as I am training 6 players, often out of position. Also, I plan to keep native star players for that period, maybe buy even more native players.
So wouldn't it be more reasonable to expand the arena proportionally and keeping the prices on more or less the same level, then expanding courtside/boxes and cutting the prices maybe even in half to fill them at first?

Alright, thanks for the advice! I will try focusing only on courtside/boxes next time I expand and see how it plays out.
