Was Daneult registered but not in any list? The same thing happened to me as well. One player which was registered but not in starters, backups or reserves entered the game in the 3rd. As I understood, it is normal if one player gets an injury, fouls out or you are blowing your opponent out.
Don't register players you don't want to play and this won't happen.
