Hi, i've seen countless threads on the best strategy of the drafts to find the best prospect. But Im not looking for a best prospect skill wise or salary wise, I want potential, because Im looking for profit. Is there a way to find the best potential players in the draft efficiently?

unfortunately yu cannot control profit as ultimately it's luck that determines your outcome.

the most efficient strategy, not one geared at the best player, is to do group demonstration. as it will scout 16 people fopr the price of one. and then you can interview only the 5 and 4 ball prospects.

there is no way to see potentail other than doing scout+interview. and lastly, there is no point to drafting a hof if he is a 3 star level prospect. what good does a hpf 18 year olf w 36 tsp get you (we had one, he was uselss, a full season of training would have gotten him to a level comparable w a 19 year old you can draft or buy for pennies)

that is my take, for waht is worth.

Wait, 16 people for the price of one? The price of group demonstration is10,so you could scout 10 people. Also, is the initial rough estimations are so inaccurate that 1/2 rough est. balls might bring a lot of 4/5 star ratings?
Also, 3/5 player is still expensive in the market, however, 5/3 player is useless.

I misspoke. 16 for the price of 10.
And that is what i said a 3/5 may end up being as worthless as welk.
Lastly it even says in the desciption that those are very rough estimates so yes you may have several 5 star rating olayers in that 16 batch.
Good luck

But a 5 star rating on its own means nothing.. I have already found a couple of 5 star 18yo players. They turned out to have 2 or 3 potential. Which means they are worthless.
3 star 5 potential or 4/4 player would be much more valuable, that's my point. There's no point in chasing 5 star rating players, when majority of them turns out to be without potential / worthless.

I'm a new user, this will be my first draft. But I've been following the market and I know that only players with perennial allstar and up are worth something. However, those are just my observations, maybe I am wrong.

How much experience do you have with the game and using the market for profit?

This should have been my initial reaction but i tried to have a teacher like approach. But you are right in your approach.

I would add for him to maybe read the help thread unless the knowitalls actually know it all.
