I have two questions: What are some good tactics to use when you have guys with good secondary skills, and is Full Court Press actually good if you have a bunch of guys with high stamina?

If I recall correctly any team with decent handling/passing will break through full court press. I never use it unless against a team which I will get a landslide victory against. Usually full court press run and gun (and if they do the same, it's pretty chaotic, you'll see All-star Game scores (can hit like 150 points a game) but at the same time, you'll concede much more than usual.

A friend of mine say it's like Russian Roulette. So use it at your own risk, it can be fun, but it's definitely not the best defense to use.

To answer your first question: What sort of secondary skills are we talking about? They mostly compliment the primary skills which takes higher importance when deciding tactics.

Secondly, Full Court Press or FCP can be a double-edged sword. The good thing is you can create a lot of turnovers from steals but on the other end your defense will leak points and offensive rebounds fast. So only deploy it at your own risk particularly when you are against an opponent with weaker handling and inferior rebounding.
