I want to lose a game for better draft picks. How can I do that?
Can I register 4 players so one would be a lucky fan? Im also training two positions, so I dont wanna lose training.

Yes, because I wont win the playoffs. There is one strong team, that I cant beat, maybe by a miracle. So my strategy now is to save money, train my 18yos, get a good draft pick (among bots), let that strong team promote, and then strengthen the team next season and aim for a promotion. I won against other human teams, only because I guessed GDP correctly, Im sure they will prepare for playoffs more seriously.

I would suggest Promote now if you can... and Tank/demote later.... gives you additional money

what if I end up 20-2? I have two games left against tougher opponents in my division, which I might lose even if I try my best.

Ill lose at least one game, one of my conference opponents is jjst too strong for me. Do my best plan of action is to drop as low as possible, maybe 3rd place in conference, try to win semis for extra income. Ill have around 40 draft points, I know how to pick best players more or less.

Perpete's advice is sound. If you want new trainees you can buy them in the offseason and still pursue your original strategy if you dont promote. It's always best to invest in the draft when you have a guaranteed top pick. Unless you're homegrown (only drafted players) in which case you may need to invest regardless.
