So, you've messed up your training for this week we are in due to only playing two games, and forgetting to change your lineup between the two games. So the best you can pull off is full training on one single player.

Going to go ahead and for the first time ever do team training. Do you go with Stamina or Free Throws? I assume game shape would make no sense considering we are in the off-season. Please help. Training will run in a few hours and I need to make a decision.

Do you go with Stamina or Free Throws if your team is lacking in both?

Im probably too late but Stamina usually is a better choice

You may train free throws with structure in arena so definitely stamina is the best option
