One of my draftees is a 19 year old Hall of Fame potential. But he only starts with 51 TSP. Not sure whether to try training him or hope some sucker buys him off the TL.

Basics are this:

Age: 19
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: average Handling: inept
Driving: mediocre Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious TSP: 51 (29 + 22)

I drafted the guy I wanted - an 18 year old MVP - who should make a good SF. I have been training a couple of other forwards, but the results have been disappointing. The prospects of training an MVP and HOF tandem could be better. But I'm just not sure if it's worth it. I know you can train guys like this a little longer. But you can never really make up that lost season. If his TSP was in the 60's, I wouldn't hesitate. But low 50's just seems too big a hill to climb.

If you want to optimize everything he is not worth it. If you consider he is one of your draftee you can make a decent player out of him, but it will always be one year late. And 18 is the best training year.

He is worth a 3rd or 5-6th training spot.
