I think draft system should change . It would be better if every team draft 4 players. Small BB nations will have better chances to draft and train more players for their national team. Also it will balance tranfer market. Or remove Draft System and make u21 teams.

Drafting is kinda hard to do on Higher Divisions too... so probably it currently is balanced that way... but would love to see for the training system to improve so that even those who are tring to be league Champs can Train their daftees even without playing their Trainees in a game for 48 minutes... Probably just make the Minutes Played in a Position be just a conversion of minutes to EXP... and demolish the required in game minutes for Training Sessions... and just make a list for the Trainees... dependent on the Training Session setup every week

More draftes means cheaper prospect, and they are cheap enough. Nowadays it is really hard to sell a drafted at an amount over the money you invested. If the price of young player keeps falling less people will take the draft seriously.
