Hello everyone, something I really like about this game is that the community helps each other, even if we are all rivals

I would like to ask for help again with the training of a player I just drafted and I want to make him the player in my franchise, I am able to hire a great coach.

Please, I ask all of you for effective suggestions so that the player has the possibility of becoming great.

Hi GM-Perpete
Since you are here, allow me to ask a stupid question. People keep saying elastic effect helps train OD and ID faster, but when HA/DR/IS/JS get higher, doesn't it mean that the training of these skills will slow down and the elastic effect will even out?

To the owner of this thread: in your case, 1 on 1 forward actually makes most sense as his HA/DR/IS are all lower than other skills. Train these skills until they reach 9 or 10 and then turn to OD or ID.

thank you for responding, thank you all. It seems to be common to start with 1v1 SF / PF. You mentioned training JS and IS, how often do I switch between 1v1 and JS / IS to be effective?

does this make training 1v1 SF / PF a universal training start strategy?

Having a level 5 coach and a level 6 youth coach. What is the perspective for evolving IS? How many in how many weeks? Do we have any analysis of this?
I would like to know the perspective for the evolution of the other skills as well, how many weeks for each evolution? assuming it meets the time and position requirements for good progress.
Thanks for your time and help
Edit: Training 1v1 SF/PF
