I have been playing BB for several years and I want to dedicate myself now to a national team.
From what you can see, the potential of the Barbados team is not well used and the level of satisfaction with the current manager is not good.
My project will be to work with the coach of the -21s to help and motivate the coach of the local players to train them how they should from a young age so that they grow and form a strong team. Barbados cannot stay as the last team in the Americas league.
Since my team operates in the third division of Argentina, I am willing to invest in young people with potential to join my team and follow my training schedule. I have 2 coaches to make sure the youngsters get stronger.
If you give me that opportunity, I am committed to taking Barbados to the competitions in the Americas and helping them enhance their national players.
