Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: although I trained only general trainings (11x ST, 3x GS, trainer level 1, gym level 3, training ground level 1, all players 29 yo+), my team's salaries after season 52 increased by a total of approx. 43k... which is an additional difficulty to keep my salaries at least at a minimal loss during the week. How it's even possible?

Pops (didn't count experience pops, around +1 each player):

A. Płotka +3 ST +1 FT = salary +10k

E. San Millan +2 ST +1 FT +1 RB = salary +8k

M. Rupenian +5 ST, +1 FT = salary +5k

D. Wołowicz +1 ST +1 FT +1 RB = salary +6k

J. Sobieszczuk +2 ST +1 FT +1 JS = salary +6k

U. Keskin +6 ST +1 FT +1 RB +1 JS = salary +4k

A. Villem +1 FT +1 ST +1 OD +1 JS = salary +4k

Pops in cross training means, that some players were very close to pop anyway - with general training and coach level 1 shouldn't be that high increase in training - I mean, why players get such a raise even though they were jumping in major skills and barely in other skills? Even if I calculated and planned my players' salaries for their skills (Płotka and Millan around 150k, Wołowicz around 110k) salary calculator from buzzer-manager isn't now useful, because of this seasonal increase of players, who didn't pop in anything with level 1 trainer and You just can't plan Your trainees salaries in the future...

If somebody has/had similar problem, please help.

Maybe experience also plays a role! Check the experience of Plotka!

That would be strange. Every player of my team from starting 5 had 1 or 2 xp ups

Beller +1.5k more salary (only stamina or free throw ups)
Roux +1k more salary (only stamina or free throw ups)

To some extent, it is normal for salaries to rise even if no ups have been given. Salaries only go down when the player is 35 years old.

Buzzer-manager showing me, that Ariel doesn't pop. Even that he played some in the NT.

Yes, I know that's normal for salaries to rise up about 1-2k, but overall almost +45k? General pops should increase salaries like 1-2k max I guess... I was on little plus in the week, now I'll be battling with minus every week

I guess the salary formula takes into consideration the whole universe of players when establishing the value of which skill. Many players who had the higher salaries are growing older and having their skills decreased and not many new players replace them at the same level due to the sinking number of teams. So your 150k player used to be part of the, let's say, 98 percentile last season and now they are part of the 99 percentile, so they got relatively better than the other players thus their salaries got higher.

Hmm, this is actually good point view, might be true. Thanks.
