Hello everyone. I'm looking for some advice in regards to how I should go about training this player, or if I should even bother training them. I have a level 4 trainer and level 4 youth, but this player is 19, and he has massive hole in ID. Is it worth it to stick with him even if I can afford better, younger trainees? If so, how would you go about training a player such as this one?

it depends about your target. Do you wanna keep him on your roster? Do you want to sell him soon, later?
Personally I'm not searching anymore in the TL players with potential superstar but if you wanna grow him for your "personal use" a well balance superstar could be a nice player.
If you wanna sell him for sure he doesn't worth a 4 lvl youth and probably you'll have to train him a lot to have a decent profit in the best case.
