There's an issue that could easily be fixed with the understanding of the long menu for new managers.
At the moment, some of the tasks in the beginner's checklist involve using the long menu, but nowhere does it says that you need to expend it.
For example, task 9 needs the Search while task 13 needs the country link.
This is a quick fix, as you only need to explain that you must use the long menu in one of the tasks. Another solution is you let new managers start with a long menu (or perhaps add a task of customizing the menu).
I'm not too familiar with the manager's checklist, but I understood from the new managers that it's quite frustrating not knowing how to solve a task.
