The problem is that there's basically one best correct/cost efficient way to train and this is somewhat boring, plus it makes all the players look alike which does not add greatness to the game.

I could imagine a hybrid model where minutes during both league games contribute to one training type.

IMO BB dont have to change anything about this...but they need to add another alternative way to build a Player... Especially to Bigmen Projects.

If Handling is a necessity to build Guards/Wings. How about adding Elasticity for building Bigmen.
