Bon voila je pense que ce serait pas mal de recensé tous les posts intéréssants de Global qui donnent des indications sur le jeu et qui pourrait être traduit après :)

Je commence :

Best position :
(139.6)
To answer a couple questions:

1) The "best position" is updated every time the training module is run, and is solely a function of the player's statistics. It can change, but it probably won't very often.
2) By the way, Stogey23, the statistics are not stored as integers, even though they are displayed that way. So, even if a player doesn't "pop," his stats may still be increasing as he trains. The change in "best position" could easily have occurred without a pop.
3) Height is taken into account in the game engine, but it may need to be tweaked slightly, given the users' (especially Arvie7's :-) ) responses to it.

Hope this helps to clear some things up!

Répartition des shoots :
(270.3)
So let me outline a little bit the framework under which we currently operate as to what kind of shots a player takes. There is an overall team focus on inside shots, jump shots and outside shots.... this just determines the distribution of opportunites. what the distribution of opportunities is for each type is weighted around the position they play... centers don't get a lot of looks from 3. Once a look has been assigned to somebody.. they evaluate the quality of that look and evaluate how good it is in comparision with other looks the team has been getting lately. So there are some upsides and downsides to this approach...and I'm open to arguments/examples that suggest this is not working... but when i look to your specific case i don't see what you a refering to... it seems since the new game engine (playoff games) everyone has shot as well as can be expected and you dominated your games....can you point me to some specifics so i can take a look?

Coach Rating :
(276.5)
The coaching rating is a comparison of how well your offensive did at getting good shot attempts compared to the quality of the players you have on the floor.

So, a great offensive coaching rating means that you got the most offensively out of what you have. It has nothing to do with the quality of your assistant coach and is entirely dependent upon the tactics you submit.

Perhaps we should give this a different name to make it more clear. Any suggestions?

Height :
(202.5)
The game engine itself uses only the player skills.

The player creation module takes height into account when generating skills.

The training module takes height into account when determining how fast a player will train.
