I always think that 20 is the max skill level. Once it reaches 20, there is no need to keep training that skill, but I also see some people claiming that they keep training certain skills which reaches 23 or 24. Is there such a thing? Is there anything above legendary?

Actually a great training facility
Yes there is, most of the best players have skills over 20. The skill continues to increase, so does the salary, just the text doesn't change.

You can tell that a player has a skill over 20 by putting your mouse over the word 'Legendary' and waiting for the number for pop up. Alternatively, check buzzer-manager.com and it will have the correct number.
