hello guys so i decided to train a NT for my country and i have some decent amount of draft point so i think that i will try to have a good draftee this season's draft and i was wondering how to train a very competitive center/ ( for NT) . the idea is that for the perimetetr players its quite obvious because there is some good amount of topic about their training in the forum but for the big men i didnt really find smth obout them. so please any idea it will be really kind of you to help me achieve this project.

try this thread about the Coach Parrot tool... it helped me plan my training regime... just enter the current skill set of the player and the finish product... then you will see a suggested training session per week

The problem with tanking the backward skill too much is that maybe it will get your potential full before having a good inside skills a'd in that case it would be a catastrophy idk if the potential work this way?
