It skews towards those that are frequently on the forums or buzzerbeater social media (twitter, facebook, discord). I've included some of the characteristics of participants so that you can see it will be biased towards certain countries and divisions opinions. Can we have the results sans France 0-50 games obscure the data.

What about maximum and minimum rating for each offense?

It baffles me how princeton is so low.

I feel like we worship it in Lithuania

With a hundred people pretty much every offense got at least one 1 and one 10, so while not super interesting here is the maximum and minimum for each:
