First of all I greet everyone. I am one of the candidates (the only one for now) for Crna Gora U-21 National Team manager. I want to introduce myself and make it clear that why I chose your country's team. I've begun to play this game actually in Season 6 with my old team "sisli warriors" and played until Season 31 and left the game due to inactivity. I returned back in Season 51 with my new team because of my passion for this game and promoted from IV. to II. League in 5 seasons but relegated back unluckily in previous season. I am keen on developing young players and want to make development plans of your young stars for U-21 and even for Crna Gora National Team in long term if it is needed. One of the best players of Turkish U-21 is (49773101) my player who is with me since 18. Other one is (49727423) that I train him for USA National. I want to be in touch with you regularly and want to encourage the limited number of managers in this country.
Another point is about my decision of participating in the elections of "Crna Gora". My grandfathers comes from these lands (Bijelo Polje), so we can say my roots are here even if I can not speak your language or do not have any relations currently with your country. I know there is a basketball culture in these lands and have to bring it to the top, we have to rise in National Team Standings. I wish good luck to all candidates from now on.
