No draft in league 4?!

Hi all,

over the last few seasons a saved a lot of scouting points. Right now, with a good position for an early draft I would like to send them. However, I cant. The draft/scout site looks like "pre-ASG", there is no list of possible draftees.

Is this intentional or a bug (hope the latter).

I'm in IV in Italy and I see the list, so I think it's a bug..
