It's not from buzzer-manager, it's just a script that gives you an expected result.
The expected score is the sum for each position of (pp100 * number of shots attempts) + total number of FT made. Then it gives you a "luck ratio" for each team which is real score / expected score.
But it doesn't take into account the impact of shots blocked, plus this luck ratio tends to be higher the more attitude you put in the game.
The other limit is that it calculates an expected result with the only variables pp100, shot taken and FT made. It doesn't take into account the fact that you could/should have taken more rebounds, less shooting fouls, less turnovers... resulting in more or less shots and free throws attempts, nor the fact that you can score more than 90 FT% with these players, but this time they only shot 70 FT%.
But this script doesn't simulate 100 games as what is suggested here. And I agree with the ones saying it would be too frustrating. Plus I guess it should be quite heavy to process
