It would be better to show the full-on numbers with decimals on our player's skills and on our training results every friday. And it would be better to show how much a normal trainer/youth trainer trains. For example:Handling is at 9.50 and One On One for SF/PF trains 0.34 handling (normal trainer) and youth trainer adds 0.10 handling on top. So the result should look like: (enter name of player) handling +0.44 (trainer's name) added 0.34 and (enter youth trainer's name) added 0.10.

Half the fun is guessing when and where the players will pop.

But I somewhat agree, this would be beneficial to the overall experience of training for coaches.

It's also beneficial for newcomers. If they see a "pop" every training instead of every other friday it might persuade them to stay a bit longer.

I don't much like the idea of changing the players' skills to show decimals but seeing exactly how much your player improved from training seems like a good idea

One example would be more information on how "open" a shot is when a player attempts it. That would be information a clever manager could use to assess a player's shooting skill, the passer's ability to deliver the ball for an open shot, or the defender's skill at preventing good "looks."

Yes, this is something absolutely missing.

I think we should get the info about how contested (and by whom) was every shot.

Something like 5 levels of contested:

1- Completely open - "John Smith tries a completely open 3pt shot while Mark Jordan just observed from distance"
2- Uncontested - "John Smith tries a mid-range 2pt shot uncontested by Mark Jordan"
3- Contested - "John Smith tries to dunk contested by Mark Jordan"
4- Hardly contested - "John Smith tries a floater hardly contested by Mark Jordan"
5- Extremely contested - "John Smith is forced to shoot from distance extremely contested by Mark Jordan"

This would give many relevant insights about both the offensive and defensive abilities of the players, it would allow advanced stats and so on. It's just hard to say if it's feasible since no one really knows how the engine works. But it would be great if it was.
