Is there a list of ideal minutes per week for game shape pops per the level of stamina the player has?

Hey!
I do not know if i understood it right, but you need to get 60-65 minutes on player per week to pop GS.

Based on experience, 48 is enough to increase in GS. But the general consensus seems to be 60-65 mins as the optimal minutes.
