Now that I am in a more competitive league, I am finding it harder to manage my starters minutes since there are no blowouts. In two games a week my starters are playing around 35-38 minutes a game. I am running a 10-man rotation with follow depth chart and would like my guys to hit under 70 minutes, but I don't know what to do about this. I did just purchase a sports psychologist so perhaps that will simply have to be my solution.
