Not sure how many people saw the stats of this guy (52988494) (just posted on BB socmed around an hour ago). But 22 OD and 9 ID? I was wondering if anyone has seen any weird sets like that.

Seems to me like there is no cap for skills? I wonder what parameters they use to generate such players. Just TSP?
