Hello to all. I'm sure you know who I am by now, so I'll save us all the time of regurgitating the same old nonsense.

During the last six seasons I've been in charge, I feel we've made really good progress with the NT and given the opportunity, I would like to continue the progress that's been made.

I believe the team is in a strong position to progress further with the emergence of younger players such as Harris, Buchan, Chapman and Duguid to add to the stars we have in Kemp, Kanjilal, Smith, Albrighton and more. My role in this has been communication with managers, setting training plans and providing a clear pathway of the direction I want the team to go in.

Me and Arrows work very closely together to scout players from the draft and provide long term plans to managers so we can build a balanced, versatile and elite NT in the future, as well as trying to maximise their use to the U21s. We have some superstars in the making with Turner, Hanes, MacCasland, Williamson, Sparke, Arrowsmith and others receiving training to make sure we can compete with the giants of Europe and all over the world.

Hello, I'm Watson. I've been in BB for quite a while. Basically I'm a trying to candidate here - because I believe I can lead us forward so in future we could aim for a little bit bigger results than we are used to. I have experience as Armenia U21 NT manager.

In some recent seasons I've heard some talks that there is some people who are not approving heads of our NT'S but they are shy and not happy to talk it loud as they are scared to be bullied, so for those who want changes in this position, choose me.

That’s very interesting to hear considering my popularity rating has been above 90% for the previous seasons and Arrows was up at 90% before having a mediocre season last season by his standards, but that was due to a sub-par team in a tough group as opposed to him becoming less dedicated or involved. Those people who are shy can vote unanimously but that isn’t reflective of the results.

We have 163 active teams and only 20+- votes every season (now 16) if they approve or not, so these stats are not painting whole picture.

I’m not too sure what more I could do to get more people involved with the u21 team. I spend most of the week following the draft scouting players and messaging managers regarding training… and most don’t reply! So if people aren’t happy with how I’m doing they can contact me and ask about their training plans.

I want nothing more than getting more managers training players for our NT and u21 teams. That’s the best way for us to progress as a nation in BB. Anyone that wants training advice or guidance can send me a message and I will respond.

Js8 has the most NT wins all-time for the England NT team, and is 3rd in the u21 list. He’s been very successful during his time in the role, and he is very dedicated to improving the NT team even more.

I suspect i know what the bullying thing is about.

Everyone has the same right to speak here as everyone else.

I get that shyness can stop you posting. I had trouble for a long time before I became comfortable with the forum. Voting to disapprove of the NT manager is anonymous though and should be done, whether you post or not.

Though when I was NT manager I'd have preferred to know why people disapprove. It could have helped me do better.

I was not telling you or JS8 are bad coaches, I just saying that I'm second choice for those who ARE not happy. Having some competition and choice in election, healthy thing.

Just feels like that’s a very different message to your first.

I wouldn’t want to speak on Arrows behalf but I’m more than certain that he would agree that both of us would openly take any criticism to our approach or tactics to the NT, and if people are too shy to speak up, then please vote so at least there’s a portion of the community we don’t represent.

I never told you wouldn't take criticism.
