Game 1 of the week, your starts totaled 29-30 minutes in an easy game. The remaining 2 games of thr week are against easier teams. How do you get your starters to 65-70 minutes for the week?

If has 30 mins 1st game,2nd game use him again as starter and backup a mediocre player,so he will receive 30-40 mins and you are done (a good player if he plays 2 times as starter is enough to receive these minutes 65-70)

But if he gets again 30 mins so 60 mins total so the last game if you put him reserve he will have 65-70 for sure but no reason to do it because 60 mins also are very good

Issue is the second game as a reserve, he will likely get ~20 minutes assuming garbage minutes. So you end up with 80 min which is no good

You said he has 30 mins first game,so 2nd game as starter another 30-40 mins...dont use him 3rd game and thats it...
At the third game players that have 15-20 mins you put them full match starter,backup,reserve and you solve also this issue
