In one of the threads, i read:
"1 on 1 (PG/SG): 0.5 Dr, 0.4 Ha, 0.4 JS.Sum: 1.3
1 on 1 (SF/PF): 0.5 Dr, 0.4 Ha, 0.2 Js, 0.2 IS Sum: 1.3
1 on 1 (Team): 0.16 Dr, 0.15 Ha, 0.09 JS, 0.09 IS. Sum: 0.49
Ball Handling (PG): 0.5 Ha, 0.4 Dr, 0.1 OD. Sum: 1
Ball Handling (PG/sG): 0.38 Ha, 0.3 Dr, 0.08 OD. Sum: 0.76
Ball Handling (PG/SG/SF): 0.2 Ha, 0.16 Dr, 0.04 OD. Sum: 0.4"
In the above, it seems it is better to train 1on1, since u will get 1.3, compared to 1.0 for bh.. and also, since anyway, you will just get only 0.1 less increment in BH if u will train 1on1(0.4) vs bh (0.5).
But also in one of the forums, it says:
"if you are training Jump Shot, Rebounding, or One on One, these are 2 positions that are trained instead of one( NATURALLY 2 pos training). However, 2-position training has 70% of the training speed that 1-position training has."
Is the immediately above statement true? IF NOT, then it is better to train 1on1 all the time vs bh..
Or isn't that "the 2-position training has 70% training speed of 1-pos has" - only applies to those originally 1 pos training,(eg, od), but the player opted to go 2 or 3 position training(outside of 1on1, rebound, js)?
I observed that many are going for 1on1 training for an entire reason.. and many are even training 6 players a week.. Is this the reason?
Is the 70% rule of 1-pos training stated above, applicable also to NATURALLY 2-pos training(1on1, reb and js), or not?
Thanks in advance!
