Here in Argentina friendly matches take place at 20:00, reason why I know I can set up my tactics in the morning the same day. Today, I woke up to the surprise that the match was already over, and it had started at 6:00 in the morning. Due to this, I missed the chance to set up my tactics the way I intended to, and now one of my young trainees didn't get the minutes I was going to give him playing the position I was going to make him play. I cannot change the type of training since my other 2 trainees did play on Tuesday the way I wanted. All three of them are supposed to play and, therefore, train the same. So this player is now going to lose a whole week of training.
Does anybody else think this is not a serious way of doing things?
Is this expected to happen again in the future? One day the matches are played at 7, the next at 3, the next at 9?
How can I make this a formal complain?
